HOW CAN I BE SURE YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THE JOB?
We at Tropicool pride ourselves on our extensive expert knowledge and hands-on experience in a variety of different environments. We are F-gas certified and CSCS registered to work on construction sites. Our senior engineer entered the climate control industry in 1980 and it has been their main unwavering occupation since. We have the professional integrity to decline any job that is outside the scope of our expertise, although no occasion has warranted it. We will conduct a survey to identify your requirements, then provide a breakdown of how it can be achieved. For this, you may be given options. We will then provide a written quotation for your consideration. You are not obliged to accept our quotation and are free to either challenge it or enquire elsewhere. We will always be transparent about the methods we use and the materials required to fulfil the project.
WHAT EXPERIENCE DO YOU HAVE?
We have been operational since 2004, but practising in climate control since 1980. We have successfully completed projects in domestic dwellings, commercial buildings and industrial sites. We are F-gas registered and CSCS registered. We are compliant in all areas of Health and Safety and Risk Management.

WHAT GUARANTEES CAN YOU OFFER THAT THE JOB WILL BE FINISHED ON TIME AND ON BUDGET?
Tropicool is transparent about project timelines and aims to complete before or on time. However, for service installations in complex building structures, unforeseen challenges may occur during installation which require further consideration and/or resources to overcome. This will always be communicated with the client for consent to continue with a redefined method. We will work longer hours if necessary to overcome the delay, but not to the detriment of the quality of workmanship.
